Once a candidate is active, their portal will no longer receive updates to changes made at the Job or Template level. Here's how to resolve!

Once a candidate has received a message for the first time, their portal will no longer receive portal updates that you make at the Job or Template level. We do this to ensure that a candidates Interview plan doesn't suddenly change while they are in process (if you didn't intend for that).

To resolve this, we provide tools for pulling the latest changes manually! The video below explains how this works:
