You may wish to delete a Greenhouse scheduled interview to ensure it is scheduled via Guide. In the occasion that the deleted interview still appears in Guide, follow the below instructions to force a sync with Greenhouse. This will ensure the interview is removed from Guide.
Steps to force a resync with Greenhouse:
Navigate to the Candidate's Profile in Guide
Open the 3-Dot Menu
Select "Force Resync Data from Greenhouse"
What Happens Next?
After selecting "Force Resync data from Greenhouse," any interviews that have been deleted in Greenhouse will no longer appear in Guide.
Additional Tip:
If you continue to see discrepancies after forcing a resync, try refreshing the candidate’s profile in Greenhouse.
