Overview

Program Management is designed to give you a holistic view of your customers, moving beyond the scope of a single project. This is the central hub for creating and managing all your customer records.


User Access

  • Admins, Managers, and Guides can access the can access the Customer Table and Program Management Dashboard*

Customer Table

The Customer Table is the centralized location for managing customers including merging/deleting customers, making edits to name and logos, updating a customer’s primary contact information, and viewing an aggregated Average CSAT metric.

In GUIDE 2.0, "Edit" and "Delete" buttons have been added to the Customer Table, rather than displaying on hover.

Only new projects created in "Projects v2" will display on the GUIDE 2.0 Customer Table. Navigate to Program Management v1 at any time by clicking the button on the top right of the screen.


Program Management Dashboard

The Program Management Dashboard is available in the GUIDEcx Advanced package, and launches when you click on a customer in the Customer Table. From the dashboard, you can view an aggregated list of all projects assigned to the customer.

At the launch of GUIDE 2.0, we will not have some of the data widgets you have been accustomed to seeing in the Legacy version, but plan to address this in the future. The table will still allow you to drill into any project. You can navigate back to the full list by simply using the “back arrow” in the browser navigation.
