In the admin panel, go to the CRM > Users section, where all your students are displayed, and we find the search button.
You can search in several ways:
by name/surname of the student - partially or completely by entering it into the search bar
It is crucial to keep the registers when entering data. For example, the username is User, it is important to enter the name with a capital letter; otherwise - User will not be found.
by email - partially or completely by entering the email address
by phone number - partially or completely.
To filter users, use the Filters option.
Filters allow you to search for users by assigned tags, by purchased products, and you can also find users who have not bought any product or who have bought at least one product.
It is possible to set a filter by tags and products at the same time.
