It's very simple five steps:

1. The student has to enter the account via web-version.

2. In the upper right corner, click on the profile icon and select "Settings." The same button is on the left menu (main menu).

3. Click on the "Purchases" section

4. This section will display current subscriptions, select the one you need and click the "Unsubscribe" button

5. A pop-up window will appear and asking about Confirmation - click the "Cancel subscription" button

That's all!

IMPORTANT: If your payment gateway is Stripe, additionally, you will need to turn off the Subscription for this student manually via Stripe settings. Otherwise, after canceling the Subscription only from the student's side, the access to the content will be disabled, but the funds will continue to be charged.
