Note: Your admins and team members cannot change an email address on your behalf. If you need to change your email address, you must follow these steps yourself.
To change an email address on your account you'll need to go to the Account Settings in the top right hand corner dropdown, then select "Add Email Address." You have to add the new email you want to use before you can remove your old email off of your account.
Once you've added the new email it will appear as an additional address on your account, with the word "Unconfirmed" next to it in parenthesis. A confirmation email has been sent to your email inbox. The next step is to navigate to your email inbox so you can confirm the address.
In the email, there's a large button you can press to confirm.
Once you've confirmed the email, "Unconfirmed" will no longer appear next to it. You can now make it the Primary address on your account by editing your emails. Use the pencil icon to edit.
Now you'll see an option to "Make Primary" next to the new email.
Press "Save" in the bottom right to save your changes.
Now that you've added a new email and made it the primary on your account, you can remove your old email if you want to.
You can also leave it as an additional address on your account, which will allow you to send replies to Gust emails from that address and will prevent you from ending up with multiple Gust accounts in the future.
