Yes, we have many startups created by non-US citizens, but to use our platform, you will need a tax identification number and a US mailing address where you can receive mail. For tax identification, the applicant will need a US Social Security Number, ITIN or be able to get a EIN number on their own. (More information about getting a ITIN). Or to get a EIN as a Non-US citizen, you would have to call, fax or mail in your SS4 to the IRS (Get SS4 here and find IRS phone/fax here). If you apply for a EIN and don't have a SSN or ITIN, you can put the word foreign on line 7b.
Alternatively, another member of the founding team can take on the responsibility of incorporating and applying for a EIN with our platform. The caveat here is, that team member will be set up as the CEO of the company on our platform for the period until a transfer can be executed.
