Change a Bottle Image

Step by step written instructions below.

To change your bottle image, visit your winery profile. Next, click on Wines:

You should now see a list of all of the wines for your winery. Click on View to the right of the wine you want to change:

Choose the vintage that you want to update by clicking on the year:

Then click on Actions in the top right corner and select Upload bottleshot/visual asset from the dropdown menu:

Under Add Bottle Shot page. You can either drag and drop an image into the box or click select them from your device. For best results with your bottle, we suggest using a high-quality JPEG or PNG against a white background, individual files up to 10MB. Crop the image as tightly as you can around the bottle.

Once uploaded, hover over the image until the pencil icon appears. Click the pencil icon and select Set as Bottle Shot Image from the dropdown menu:

Click Save Changes to be taken back to your updated vintage profile with your new bottle shot image.
