Gia is not currently able to answer questions about:
Provider network lookups
Pharmacy or formulary searches
Prescription-specific coverage or cost checks
Analytics, insights, or recommendations across an entire book of business
Contracting, commissions, or agency/FMO operational workflows
These topics are outside the scope of functionality today.
Future Enhancements
Over time, Gia may expand to support deeper servicing workflows such as provider and pharmacy integrations, broader lines of business beyond the current focus, and additional surfaces inside GydeOS.
