How can I sponsor my relatives?

Get everyone motivated! You may sponsor a maximum of 2 friends and/or family members if your company conditions allow this.

For each sponsorship:

  • Enjoy a discount of € 5 on your next invoice.

  • Your relative enjoys a discount of € 5 on the first invoice.

Your relative do not benefit from the rates that your company has negotiated.

Required conditions for your relative to benefit from Gymlib:

  • Still be an employee of the company through which you benefit from Gymlib.

  • Be a Gymlib member yourself.

Your relative can only benefit from the € 5 discount once.

Please note: creating a multiple account for one and the same user to accumulate sponsor discounts will be penalized by the immediate cancellation of the subscription of the relative and his sponsor.

How can I sponsor my relatives?

  • Go to your personal space via the Gymlib mobile app (top right);

  • Click on “Sponsorship” and then on “Sponsor your relatives”;

  • State the required information: name, first name and email address*;

  • Confirm the request. An invitation will be sent to your relative by email.

*email must be entered in all lowercase letters.

Your relative must:

  • Download the Gymlib mobile application;

  • Choose the desired formula and pay for it.

*If the "Sponsor your relatives" option does not appear, it means that you and your company cannot use this option.

Frequently asked questions

1 - My relative does not receive the email invitation

Please allow a few minutes between submitting the request and receiving the email. Some mailboxes take longer than others: sometimes it takes a few minutes, sometimes a few hours #patience! In the meantime, you can check the following:

  • Did you entered a correct email address? Did you used the lowercase?

  • Did your relative checked his spam box?

  • Have you entered all the necessary information?

If your relative does not receive the email, this is not essential for creating the account, but for information purposes only. Your relative can still download the Gymlib mobile application and create his account, because sponsorship has in any case been taken into account.

2 - We did not receive the € 5 discount.

For the sponsor: the discount of € 5 will be deducted from your next invoice if your relative takes out a Gymlib subscription.

For the relative: he or she should first register and then the discount of € 5 is applied to the first invoice.

3 - My relative cannot register with my invitation

It is possible that your relative will receive one of 2 possible error messages:

  • “Unknown email address”: your sponsorship has not been taken into account. Either you have not filled in all the required information, or the email address communicated is not the email address the sponsored person provided when registering. Make sure your relative has given you the correct email.

  • “An account with this address already exists”: your relative is already registered or subscribed to Gymlib as an employee of another company. A re-initialization of this existing account is required so that your colleague can re-register for a new Gymlib account. In this case, we invite you to contact our customer service.

4 - I want to delete a sponsorship

You cannot delete a sponsorship. Once your relative has signed up for Gymlib, the action is not irreversible.

If your relatives wants to share Gymlib with their colleagues, don't hesitate to tell them more about our ambassador program! The goal: to become a team together to set up Gymlib in their company.
