All about the transfer of my credits 🔄

How does credit accumulation work?

In short:

  • Your unused credits can be kept for the following month.

  • Your total balance can never exceed the maximum cumulative balance.

  • The maximum cumulative balance corresponds to 2 times the number of monthly credits included in your subscription.

  • At renewal, your new credits are only added until this maximum is reached.

  • Example: with a 50-credit/month subscription, your maximum balance is 100 credits. If you already have 70 credits at renewal, only 30 credits will be added.

How does carrying over my credits work?

Unused credits at the end of your subscription month can be kept for the following month.

However, your total balance is limited to a maximum cumulative balance.

This maximum corresponds to 2 times the number of credits included in your monthly subscription.

Examples:

  • 30-credit/month subscription → maximum cumulative balance of 60 credits;

  • 50-credit/month subscription → maximum cumulative balance of 100 credits;

  • 95-credit/month subscription → maximum cumulative balance of 190 credits;

  • 210-credit/month subscription → maximum cumulative balance of 420 credits.

What happens at renewal?

At each renewal, your new credits are added within the limit of your maximum cumulative balance.

This means you may receive fewer credits than the number included in your subscription if your balance is already close to the maximum.

Example with a 50-credit/month subscription:

  • your maximum cumulative balance is 100 credits;

  • if you have 20 credits left at renewal, you receive 50 credits and your balance increases to 70;

  • if you have 70 credits left at renewal, you receive only 30 credits and your balance increases to 100;

  • if you already have 100 credits at renewal, no additional credits are added.

What if I change my plan?

If you change your plan, your maximum cumulative balance is recalculated based on your new plan.

Example:
If you switch from a 210-credit/month subscription to a 30-credit/month subscription, your new maximum cumulative balance becomes 60 credits.

If your balance exceeds the new maximum allowed, it will be limited according to the rules of your new plan.

If you switch to an unlimited plan without credits, your remaining credits cannot be kept. Remember to use them before changing your plan.
