What do I do if my activation link has expired?

For security purposes, your activation links expire after 72 hours. If your activation link has expired, you have two options:

Option 1:

  1. Click the “Forgot password” button on the login screen, fill in the required information and submit it.

  2. You will receive an email asking you to set a new password.

Option 2:

Reach out to our team or an administrator for a new link.
