If you are on our Standard or Pro plans, you will have access to our Study Assistant feature.
This feature can be accessed when you highlight text on either the transcript or personal notes. You can define terms and simplify sentences that are in your transcript. And on your Personal Notes, you can rewrite sentences.
To access the Define feature:
Highlight a word on your transcript and a toolbar will appear.
Select the Study Assistant option and then choose the Define tab.
A pop-up will appear, give our AI some time to retrieve the definition of your chosen word, and it will appear.
To access the Simplify feature:
Highlight a phrase or sentence on your transcript, and it will trigger the Study Assistant toolbar to appear.
Hover over it and the option to simplify your selection will appear.
Our AI will take some time to process your reques,t but it will appear in the pop-up once that has been completed.
To access the Rewrite feature on your Personal Notes panel:
Highlight the sentence or paragraph you want to edit and the Study Assistant toolbar will appear.
Click on the Rewrite button, and your request will appear in a pop-up.
Please give our AI some time to process your requests. This can take anywhere from 20 to 40 seconds.
