The exported file is in JSON format and includes:
Areas
Moods
Habits
Logs
You can view the JSON file using Firefox or any online JSON File Viewer.

Can I import the file I exported before?
Currently Habitify does not support importing any type of file into the app
Can I import in a Sheet file?
Habitify does not support Excel or CSV files.
