Habitify helps you to effortlessly tracking your bad habits with the automatic data synchronization from Apple Health to the habit in Habitify.
This synchronization is ideal when you track such as nutritions like total fat or caffein intake.
The steps to create a bad habit that connects and syncs data from Health app:
In the Journal tab, on the date bar, tap on + button. If you do not see the button, make sure you are in the Today view.
Choose Break Bad Habit
Switch to section Health
Choose from the list of metric option, then enable the permission to access data for Habitify
