What is IFTTT?

IFTTT is short for If This Then That, and is the best way to integrate apps, devices, and services. IFTTT helps devices, services, and apps work together in new and powerful ways.

IFTTT has over 700 services ready to be automated, with more being added every week. Check out if the services you want to use are on IFTTT.

Glossary

Applet

An Applet connects two or more services together, enabling them to do things that they wouldn't be able to do alone. Applets are composed of triggers, queries, and actions. Triggers tell an Applet to start, queries provide extra data, and actions are the end result of an Applet run.

Trigger

A trigger is the data that, when changed, prompts an Applet to run on IFTTT. Triggers can be either real-time or polling.

Action

An action is the work that IFTTT initiates when a trigger fires.

Set up integration

  1. Go to IFTTT web or download IFTTT app, and signup an for an IFTTT account.

  2. Tap Create, and add Habitify to your applets. You'll be asked to connect your Habitify account and grant Zapier authorization to access data from your account. To continue, proceed with authorization.
