Can I change the sign-in method from Apple ID to another one?
No. We don't support changing the sign-in method when your account is signed up with an Apple ID.
How can I change my username?
The username can be set once and for good. You cannot change it once you click the "Save" button. The only solution we can recommend is that you create a new account and start things again.
I forgot my password. How to reset for a new one?
Please these steps:
On phone app:
Tap on the hyperlinked text "Sign In" under the button of Sign in with Apple (on iOS) or Google (on Android)
In the next screen, tap on "More Options"
Tap on "Reset password"
Enter your account's email & tap the button "Reset Password"
Check your email inbox or spam to get the reset link and set a new password
On website app:
Click on "Sign in with Email"
Click on "Forgot password?"
Enter your account email and click the button "Submit"

Data is not synced for my account across platforms and devices. What can I do to fix it?
Please make sure that your account is not a Guest account.
Then, make sure that you are using the correct sign-in method to log into your account on all devices and platforms. You can check these things in the Profile settings on all of your devices to compare.
In case things are correct but the issue still exists, please send us an in-app message from both devices. We will check it further for you.
