Get a Refund on subscription via iOS app
If you start your subscription on iOS app, you are paying to Apple. Please follow this guide to request a refund from Apple.
Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
Find the recent subscription item of the app Habitify, then choose Submit.
If your request is approved by Apple, it might take additional time for the funds to return to your payment method.

Get a Refund on subscription via Android app
If you start your subscription on Android app, you are paying to Google.
If it’s been less than 48 hours since you bought an app or made an in-app purchase: You can request a refund through Google Play.
Note: Google has its own refund policies, and Habitify complies with their terms. For further details or disputes, contact Google customer support directly.
Please follow these steps:
Go to the Play Store app.
At the top right, click your Profile picture.
Click Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history.
For the order you want to request a refund, click on View to see Transaction details.
Click Report a problem.
Select the reason for the refund from the dropdown.
Click Submit.

Refund on subscription via Website app
For subscriptions made on the website app, you can request a refund within 7 days since the payment date.
Please follow this guide:
Locate the payment invoice sent to your email after the purchase.
Send an email to Habitify’s support team at contact@habitify.me with the invoice attached.
Our team will verify your payment details and check your request within 24 hours.
