How to Get a Refund on Habitify Premium

This guide explains how to request a refund for your Habitify Premium subscription. The process is different depending on where you made your purchase: on an iOS app, an Android app, or directly on our website.

Understanding the Refund Process: Who Handles Your Payment?

Before you begin, it's important to understand where your payment goes. Think of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store as large retail stores where you can buy products like Habitify.

When you subscribe through our iOS or Android app, your payment is made directly to Apple or Google, not to us. They manage the entire transaction, billing, and security process. As developers on their platforms, we must comply with their policies.

Our responsibility is to:

  • Make the in-app purchasing flow smooth and secure, following the technical requirements provided by Apple and Google.

  • Provide anonymous app usage data to Apple and Google, which helps them make an informed decision on your refund request.

Beyond this, we have no control over the refund decision or the process of returning funds. This is handled entirely by Apple or Google.


Get a Refund for a Subscription via the iOS App

Since your subscription on an iPhone or iPad is processed by Apple, you must request your refund directly from them.

  1. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."

  2. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.

  3. Find and select the recent subscription item for Habitify, then choose Submit.

If Apple approves your request, it may take additional time for the funds to return to your payment method. For more information, please check Apple's official support channels.


Get a Refund for a Subscription via the Android App

As your subscription on an Android device is processed by Google, you must request your refund directly through the Google Play Store, typically within 48 hours of the purchase.

  1. Open the Play Store app.

  2. At the top right, tap your Profile picture.

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Budget & order history.

  4. Find the order you want to return and tap Report a problem.

  5. Select the reason for the refund from the dropdown menu.

  6. Follow the instructions and click Submit.

Get a Refund for a Subscription via the Website App

For subscriptions made directly on our website, our team handles the payment process. We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of payment.

Please follow this guide:

  1. Locate the payment invoice sent to your email after the purchase.

  2. Send an email to our support team at contact@habitify.me with the invoice attached and your reason for the request.

  3. Our team will review your request and process it accordingly.
