Habitify's synchronization feature with Apple Health allows you to seamlessly monitor health-related data in one place. If synchronization suddenly stops between Habitify and your Apple Health app, check the following steps to resolve the issue.

Troubleshooting Synchronization Issues

  • Permission Issues: Ensure Habitify can access your health data in the Settings of your Health App. This step ensures Habitify is authorized to fetch data from Apple Health.

  • Resyncing After Reinstallation: Edit your habit > Goal > Logging method > Manual Logging > Erase Log, and save the change. Then, select "Sync with Apple Health" again and save the change. This helps reset the sync connection.

  • Manual Triggering Solution: Manually log 1 value in your Health App, even if the value is 0. This acts as a synchronization trigger.

Synchronizing After Device Transfer

After switching to a new device, re-enable permissions in the Apple Health app to reestablish the connection with Habitify.
