If you wish to update your payment method or card information, this is the guide for you

Subscription via iOS app

To change your payment method for your subscription via iOS app:

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap your name.

  3. Tap Payment & Shipping. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.

  4. If you need to update the billing information of an existing card, tap the payment method, then tap Edit.

  5. Enter your new billing information, then tap Done.

Subscription via Android app

To edit your payment method for a subscription via Android app:

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play app

  2. At the top right, tap your Profile Icon.

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods > More payment settings

  4. If asked, sign in to Google Pay.

  5. Under the payment method you want to remove, tap Edit.

  6. Make your changes.

  7. Tap Update.

Subscription via Website app

For the subscriptions via the website app, we currently don't support to change the payment method.

We recommend you to cancel the current one and re-subscribe with a new payment method.
