Change payment for the Subscription paid via iOS app
If your subscription starts via the iOS app, you are paying to Apple. Please follow this guide by Apple to change the payment:
Open the Settings app of your Apple device.
Tap on your name.
Tap Payment & Shipping.
If asked, sign in with your Apple ID.
If you need to update the billing information of an existing card, tap the payment method, then tap Edit.
Enter your new billing information, then tap Done.
Change payment for the Subscription paid via Android app
If your subscription starts via the Android app, you are paying to Google. Please follow this guide by Goole to change the payment:
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play app
At the top right, tap your Profile Icon.
Tap Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods > More payment settings
If asked, sign in to Google Pay.
Under the payment method you want to remove, tap Edit.
Make your changes.
Tap Update.
Change payment for the Subscription paid via website & desktop app
After each payment, you should receive an email subjected "Your receipt from Habitify" from Paddle. Find that email.
In this email, find "Need help with your purchase? Please contact us on paddle.net.", and click on the hyperlinked text (which is hyperlinked with a custom URL to manage your payment).
In the site of Paddle purchases, find the one for Habitify subscription and click Get Help button.
An box chat will open and you can write your request to update your payment method. Paddle will assist you with an update-payment link. Click the link and follow the steps guide by Paddle.
