How to Change the Payment Method on Habitify subscription

If you wish to update your payment method or card information, this is the guide for you

Change payment for the Subscription paid via iOS app

If your subscription starts via the iOS app, you are paying to Apple. Please follow this guide by Apple to change the payment:

  1. Open the Settings app of your Apple device.

  2. Tap on your name.

  3. Tap Payment & Shipping.

  4. If asked, sign in with your Apple ID.

  5. If you need to update the billing information of an existing card, tap the payment method, then tap Edit.

  6. Enter your new billing information, then tap Done.

Change payment for the Subscription paid via Android app

If your subscription starts via the Android app, you are paying to Google. Please follow this guide by Goole to change the payment:

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play app

  2. At the top right, tap your Profile Icon.

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods > More payment settings

  4. Under the payment method you want to remove, tap Edit.

  5. Make your changes.

  6. Tap Update.

Change payment for the Subscription paid via website & desktop app

When you completed a payment to Paddle for a Habitify subscription, Paddle will send you an email. At the end of that email, you can find the link to manage your payment & billings in Habitify. Click that link.

If you cannot find the link, please contact us to request the link. Our team will respond within 24 hours providing you the link the manage your payment & billing.
