When you start your subscription from the iOS app or Android app, your subscription goes with your Apple ID or Google Account.
Therefore, if you want to use a new Habitify account, you can easily restore the Premium without re-purchasing a new one.
Restore Subscription on iOS
This guide works if your subscription is purchased on iOS app.
Ensure you are logged into the Apple account used to purchase Premium.
Open the Habitify app
Go to the Settings
Find and tap on Restore Purchase.
Restore Subscription on Android
This guide works if your subscription is purchased on Android app.
In the Google Play Store, make sure you are logged into the Google account used for Premium purchases.
Try to re-install the Habitify app one more time.
Please note that:
1. There is no solution to transfer subscription between Apple ID and Google account.
In case, for example, you start your subscription on iOS and then switch to use on Android, then:
Log into your account your iOS device to restore the Premium on your Habitify account, then log into the same account on your Android device. Or
Purchase another subscription on the new platform.
2.To transfer from Apple ID to Apple ID, or from Google account to Google account, please contact Apple or Google for the best support.
Restore Subscription via Website app
For the purchase from the website app, the subscription will go with your Habitify account.
Therefore, when you start a new account, you may need to start a new subscription as well. Also, please remember to cancel the old one.
However, if it is a Lifetime subscription, please find the payment invoice and send it to us via the in-app chatbox. We will check and transfer the Premium for you.
