How to Find Your Purchases in the App

Can't see your plan or group? Start here.

After purchasing from HHF, your content appears in different places depending on what you bought (plans, groups, resources, and more). If you don't see your purchase right away, don't worry, it's usually just in a different section.

Here's where to find everything.

To see your purchase history (charges):

  1. Open the app and tap on your profile in the top right corner.

  2. Select the 'Billing Information' section.

  3. Scroll through the options and select the 'Charges' option.

  4. Here you will see what you purchased, for how much, the date of purchase, as well as the payment method used.

To see the plans you have access to:

This includes any plans you purchased and any free/sample plans on the app.

  1. Open the app and tap on the 'Plans' tab at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Select the 'My Plans' section.

  3. Scroll through and see your plans.

To locate a group:

This includes Power Happens, Start Strong, the Fit Happens Membership, Shred Happens, or Fat Loss Happens.

  1. Open the app and tap on the 'Groups' tab at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Scroll through or search for your group using the search icon in the top right corner.

To locate a resource:

This includes webinars, recipe books, and other downloadable content.

  1. Open the app and tap on the hamburger menu (three parallel lines) at the top left part of the screen.

  2. Select the 'Resources' section.

  3. Scroll through or search for the specific resource.

Can't find what you purchased?

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Refresh the app. Close it completely and reopen it, then check the locations above again.

  2. Check your email. Make sure you're logged into the app with the same email address you used to purchase. To check: tap the hamburger menu (☰) β†’ Edit Profile β†’ scroll to the Email field. Compare this to your purchase confirmation email.

  3. Didn't receive a confirmation email? You may have typed your email incorrectly or used a different address when purchasing. Reach out to our support team at support@haileyhappensfitness.com and we'll help sort it out.

  4. Still stuck? Contact us at support@haileyhappensfitness.com with your payment details and we'll track down your purchase.
