To view the weight you logged for an exercise during a previous workout, click on the history icon at the bottom of the screen while logging a workout in the Hailey Happens Fitness app.

Logging Weights After Completing a Workout

If you've completed a workout and want to log the weights used, follow these steps:

  1. Open the app and navigate to the completed workout in your activity log.

  2. Tap on the workout to open it.

  3. Enter the reps and weights used for each exercise in the provided fields.

  4. Add any additional notes if necessary to track important details or observations. This feature ensures all your workout details are stored and available for future reference.

After clicking the history icon, you will see the following screen where you will find the weights you logged in previous workouts, by set: You will also see a breakdown of reps and sets for each entry, helping you understand your progression at a glance.

The reason the weight does not auto-populate in the workout is by design because you should be progressively increasing each time, so we want to give you the opportunity to enter the weight you are using. Also, these exercises are used in different overload methods across multiple plans and programs, so in one program, we may use a rep count of 15 and in another program we may use a rep count of 6 - obviously those would require you to use different weights, so that is another reason we don't default what you used the previous time.
