Hailey Happens Fitness plans define whether they can be done at home, at the gym, or have alternates for both home and gym.
For a home gym, you will need the following equipment:
DUMBBELLS - we recommend a set of dumbbells ranging from 5 - 30 LBS, but this will vary depending on your fitness level.
RESISTANCE BANDS - these are great in the place of a cable machine and for travel workouts. We recommend investing in both short and long resistance bands.
SWISS BALL (If you are between 5'4" and 5'10", you can use a 65 cm ball, if you are shorter use a 55 cm, if you are taller, use a 55 cm ball)
BENCH or STEP
For gym workouts, you will need the following equipment, in addition to the equipment listed for the home workouts:
SQUAT RACK
BARBELL
WEIGHT PLATES for Barbell
Cable machine
Leg Press
Leg Extension
Leg Curl
Back Extension
We also use other equipment for some exercises (i.e. hack squat, pendulum squat), but will always provide an alternate that uses one of the required pieces of equipment.
