It is very common to need to pause your plan while you are sick, on vacation or you simply missed some workouts and want to reset your calendar to get started back up.

To pause your plan:
In the app, press on the PLAN icon on the bottom of your app screen.
Press on ‘Following’ to see the plans you are currently following on your calendar.
Press on the plan you want to pause.
At the bottom of the screen, press on ‘Pause or Edit Plan’
On the Plan Summary page, press ‘Pause’ and press ‘Yes’ in the screen shown below.
NOTE: This will remove incomplete workouts from your calendar. IT WILL NOT REMOVE any workouts you have completed. The app will also remember what workout you did last so when you resume, it will default to start back up where you left off.
To Resume your plan:
In the app, press on the PLAN icon on the bottom of your app screen.
Press on ‘Following’ to see the plans you are currently following or have paused on your calendar.
Press on the paused plan to select it.
Press ‘Resume’ on the bottom of the screen.
You will be presented some options. You can select a start date, you can modify your workout and rest days by pressing on ‘follow recommended schedule’ to customize your rest days (note, most of our plans allow you to select rest days, but some of our plans have rest days already built in), and you can select your FIRST Workout (highlighted in the image below).
IMPORTANT NOTE: CONFIRM the FIRST WORKOUT is the workout you want to be the first workout to be scheduled on your calendar when you resume your plan. If you want to select a different FIRST WORKOUT, press on this option and select BOTH the WEEK and DAY on which you want to start and it will update the entry here.
Press RESUME after you have confirmed the entries on the screen above. Check your HOME screen to confirm your workouts have been added to your calendar as you expect.
