We know the many options can be overwhelming! Which is why we are providing this guide.

The key parameters to helping select a program are answering these questions:

  1. Do you want support from a community of Hailey Happens Fitness members? Select a Power Happens group or one of our GROUP courses. These options include membership to a private online community where you are able to ask questions and participate in ZOOM Q&A sessions periodically through the year. Note: the group courses run periodically through the year, whereas the Power Happens groups are an ongoing group. Sign up for the waitlist to get the best pricing!

  2. What is your level of experience? Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced?

    1. Beginner: someone who has very little experience in the gym or even using dumbbells.

    2. Intermediate: someone who has been using dumbbells and basic gym equipment like pin machines.

    3. Advanced: someone who is comfortable using advanced gym equipment like barbells.

    4. Still unsure? We suggest going down and if you find the workout plan you selected is too easy, we are happy to exchange your plan if you request it within our 24 hour post purchase period.

  3. Do you want a plan with strength workouts only, or do you also want cardio included? Note: You can add your own cardio if you prefer as our strength only plans are 3 or 4 days per week, leaving you the other days to focus on your cardio.

  4. What duration do you want your workouts to be?

Once you have answered these questions, review the WORKOUT PLANS on our website so find a workout plan that is right for you.
