ALTERNATES FOR HOME or minimal equipment are visible once you "Start" logging the workout. When you "View" the program, it only shows the main exercises, which are by default, the GYM exercises. Once you start a workout, you'll see a drop-down menu under each exercise where you can find the alternate exercise(s), which is where you can see the HOME options (if the main exercise does not use the basic equipment listed as needed for the home options). This is also explained in the 'How to start your plan and log a workout' video, but this is one of our most frequently asked questions. The intent is to make these plans versatile so they can be done AT HOME or AT THE GYM.
