Simple language: We offer a refund or exchange within 24 hours of purchase of a workout plan or a group, less a 10% processing fee. Once we start subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access until the end of the current subscription period and you will not be charged during the next billing cycle.

To request a refund or exchange, you can either submit it through our chat bot messenger or send an email to us at support@haileyhappensfitness.com.
