We have included many app tutorials in the Video library on the app.
To find the app tutorials:
Press on the HOME icon
Press on the menu (the three bars in the upper left corner of the app)
Press on ‘Videos’.
You will find the videos organized by topics like App Help, Learn to Lift, Technique, etc. If you are a group member, you will also find the videos from your group resources organized by group name in this area.
