Many events can cause a network error message and we know how frustrating that can be!
We have a few solutions here to help you through that error:
If you are trying to access or view a workout in a plan in one of our FREE groups, you need to JOIN the group before you can start the workout. Once you join the group, swipe out of your app and re-open it which synchronizes the workout plans to your account and should resolve the network error.
In general, swiping out of the app and re-opening it will resolve the error.
Another solution is to log out and log back into your app.
Finally, if all else fails, the last option is to uninstall the app and re-install the app.
