How to select your workout and rest days when starting a workout Plan
NOTE: This also allows you to really benefit from the flexibility of scheduling plans in the app. For example, if you are following a plan that is prescribed as 4 days per week, you can use this setting to change the plan to three days a week allowing you the flexibility you may desire. You can add your other workouts you like to include in your week or add workouts from other plans to your schedule.
Go to the Plans in the app.
Select the plan you want to start following (add to your calendar).
On the Choose workout days screen, press Customize your schedule.
On the Choose workout days screen, press the days of the week you want to be your workout days to highlight them, and leave the days you want to be your rest days not pressed or not highlighted. Take note that if the workout plan is, for example, 4 workout days per week, and you only select three days for workouts, the plan will extend beyond the number of weeks.
Press Continue and finish setting your workout plan.
How to change your workout and rest days in a Plan you are already following
Go to the Plans in the app.
Press Following and then press the workout plan you want to update.
Press Pause or Edit at the bottom of the screen.
Press Workout Days.
Update your rest days. Note on this screen, the days that are not selected will be your rest days.
