How to stop following a workout plan (remove from calendar)

Follow this tutorial to stop following a plan which will remove all workouts you have not completed from your calendar

Follow these steps to remove workouts from your calendar that have not been completed. This will NOT delete workouts you have logged.

  1. Go to the plans tab of your app.

  2. Press 'following' and then press the plan you wish to remove from your calendar.

  3. Press the 'Pause or Edit' button at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Press STOP to remove the plan from your calendar.
