1. Go to the WORKOUT PLATFORM
2. Click on 'My Stuff' from your profile image in the upper right corner. This will take you to the ‘My Workout Plans’ page.
3. Click on the Workout Plan you want to print.
4. Click either 'PRINT ENTIRE PLAN' or 'PRINT DAILY SUMMARY'. Note: Printing the entire plan includes the default notes for the exercises, so you may want to adjust which pages you print to reduce the number of pages.
Unfortunately, this feature is not available on the mobile app yet.
