This is helpful if you want to add workouts from plans you are not currently following to your calendar.
Here are the steps:
In the app, press the PLANS icon on the bottom of the screen.
Find the plan from which you want to add a workout to your calendar and press it to view it.
Click on the WORKOUTS tab
If the workout is in another week, press the week number.
Press on the workout you wish to add to your calendar.
Press the option at the bottom of the screen to ‘Copy workout to calendar’.
Press the date to select a different date to which you want to add the workout.
Press copy to copy the workout to your calendar on the date you selected.
