Use the edition management view, to quickly updated multiple editions in one go.

First, select an edition from your artwork list. It can be any number of the edition you would like to bulk edit. Now select View All Editions to open a list of the full edition - this is the edition management view.

Select the editions you would like to edit. To do this, click the grey box on the left of the edition, turning it blue.

You can select or unselect all by clicking the blue outlined box at the top of the list. Click it once to select all editions. Click it a second time to unselect the list.

If you need to select a range of editions, you can speed this up by clicking on the first edition in the range (eg. edition 1). Now hold the shift button on your keyboard and click the last edition in the range (eg. edition 10). Editions 1 to 10 will now be selected.

Now it's time to edit your selected editions!

Note that you will be updating the selected editions with the same information

Select View Selected Editions. Click Continue in the pop up box. This will clear any previously selected artworks and use your new selection.

Your artwork homepage will now display your list of selected editions. At the bottom of the page, select More Options to reveal a list of Bulk Edit options.

Let's edit the status by clicking Status. In the pop up that appears, chose your new status by clicking into the search box to reveal a list of options. Once you have selected your new status, the pop up will display the changes made to your list of editions for you to review. Now click Submit, and your selected editions will be updated.

Let's do the same for location. Click Location from the Bulk Edit options. In the pop up, search your contacts to find the location you would like to use. You can also create a new contact. You have the option to add further location details, although you can chose to leave this blank. Once you have selected your location, review your changes and click Submit to update your selected editions.
