Unfortunately, if your app is closing unexpectedly after 20 minutes of prayer, the issue is likely due to the background music, which is downloaded to your phone.
What you'll have to do is:
Log out, following the steps here: How to log out
Delete the app
Reinstall the app from the App Store.
⚠️ Before you do this, be aware that you will lose access to your journal reflections and downloads. If you want to keep your journals, first export your journals so that you can recover them after you delete and reinstall the app.
