The reflections feature allows you to capture your thoughts and takeaways following your prayer sessions. When you finish a prayer, you'll see a Discussion Question prompt, this is your reflection. You can choose to share your reflection with your Church, Friends, Groups or keep it private.
If you share your reflection, others can comment or message you about your post. If you keep it private, it will be saved to your Reflections section of the Me tab
The app will remember your most recent sharing options, so make sure to check if it’s being shared or not before posting.
If you'd like to review all your reflections, you can find them by navigating to the Me tab and scrolling down to tap on Reflections.
Where can I see all of my reflections?
To view all of your private and shared reflections, you can access them directly from the Me tab. This section allows you to revisit what you’ve written and reflect on past prayers.
Here’s how to do it:
Tap the Me tab, found at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Me tab.
Tap on Reflections to view all your entries.
How can I keep my reflections private
Play the session
On the post-prayer screen, scroll down to find the Reflection.
Tap the text box to add your thoughts.
In the bottom left, tap All groups.
Make sure to uncheck each of the groups to keep the reflection private.
Click Done.
If your reflection is not being shared with others, it should show as Private.
Tap Post, and it will be added to your journal.
The Reflection and Discussion Question prompts are currently the same feature. After completing a prayer, you’ll be asked one reflection question, you can post it privately, to friends, or to your church/groups.
How can I share my reflections to my community
Play the session
On the post-prayer screen, scroll down to find the Reflection.
Tap the text box to add your thoughts.
In the bottom left, tap Private.
Check off each group where you want your reflections to be shared.
Click Done.
It should show as All Groups or Posting to x Groups
Tap Post, and it will be shared in your Community.
How to delete a reflection
All you have to do it tap the three-button icon on the upper right and you should have the option to Remove Post.
