How do I change my subscription?

Want to change to monthly or annual subscription?

Before you make any changes, please take a moment to read the text below.

  • If you have been charged already, changes to your subscription will take effect on the next billing cycle.

  • If you upgrade to a more expensive plan, you will be charged for the difference in price for the remaining months.

Below are the steps on how to upgrade or downgrade your current subscription.

However, if you are a new user being prompted to subscribe and don't see the subscription plan you want, try going to the website as all plans are usually available via our website. In the app, you can also try clicking the "X" in the top right corner and going to your app settings to find the subscription tab.


For Apple users (iOS):

  1. Click on this link

  2. Look for the Hallow app and open it.

  3. To change your subscription, simply select another subscription


For Android users:

  1. Open the Hallow app on your Android device.

  2. Tap on the "Me" tab located within the app.

  3. Look for a "cog" or settings icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner.

  4. Tap on the "cog" icon ⚙️ to access the subscription settings.

  5. Inside the subscription settings, you can switch your subscription to a different option.


For users who signed up via our website:

  1. Visit this link and sign into your account.

  2. Once signed in, look for the left-hand side of the page.

  3. Locate the button "Subscription" and click on it.

  4. By clicking on the "Subscription" button, you will be taken to the subscription settings.

  5. Click the option "Plan"

  6. You will have the option to switch to another subscription plan.

  7. Select the desired subscription plan that you would like to switch to.


For users who want to switch from an annual to a monthly plan:

Please note that the annual subscription will not be refunded if you change from an annual to a monthly subscription before your billing cycle ends. We recommend that you take the following steps:

  1. Cancel your annual subscription. You will retain access through the remainder of the billing cycle.

  2. Make note of when that subscription ends.

  3. When that annual subscription ends, return to the website and subscribe to a monthly plan.
