You can check your status by following the instructions below:

Our website: Login to your account online here. Next, you can click on "subscriptions" on the left. If there is a purple outline around "Monthly" or "Yearly" then you are subscribed (See below)

For Apple users (iOS): Click on this link. If you are subscribed a checkmark will show up next to one of the price options and there will be a cancel button below. If you are not subscribed, there will not be a cancel button and there will be no checkmark. If you see a resubscribe button, you do not have an active subscription.

For Android users: Go to the Google Play Store app on your phone, tap Menu, and then Subscriptions -> find the Hallow app and you’ll see your subscription status or a cancel option to cancel.
