All sales are final in the app, and we are only able to provide you a refund directly if you purchased through the website. If you entered your credit card and purchased through the hallow website then you can request a refund by forwarding your receipt from Stripe (our website payments provider) to support@hallow.app. Any refunds or discounts are based on our discretion and are handled on a case by case basis.

If you purchased through the app (either Apple or Google) you will have to reach out to them directly to request a refund.

For Apple you can reach their support at https://getsupport.apple.com/ and then go to "Billing & Subscriptions" then "Subscriptions & Purchases."

For Google you can follow the steps here or find the receipt from the Google Play store with the GPA ID number that you would've been sent (may need to check spam) and forward that to us at support@hallow.app. Any refunds or discounts are based on our discretion and are handled on a case by case basis.
