Gift cards cannot be applied to family plans.
You will not be asked to enter your payment information to redeem a gift card.
If you have an active trial or a paid subscription, you won't be able to redeem a gift card. Please reach out to support@hallow.app for assistance.
How to redeem the gift from a link or QR code
Scan the QR code from the email you received or click on the provided link.
Follow the prompts to Log In or Create an Account. Whatever login method you choose, please use the same method when you sign into the app at the end.
Once you're logged in, tap Redeem Gift.
After redeeming, you can:
Tap Explore Prayers to return to the Home tab and begin using Hallow.
Or tap Review Settings to view details about your gift subscription, the expiration date, and the account used to redeem your gift card.
If the link or QR code doesn’t work, you can redeem it by using the code.
Here’s how to locate the unique code of the gift card
Option 1: Finding the gift card code via email
Find the gift card code below the QR code in the email.
Option 2: Finding the gift card code via the mobile app
From your mobile app’s home screen, tap the Me tab
Tap the settings icon ⚙️ in the upper right corner of the screen
Tap Gift Hallow
Find the gift card code under the Purchased Gifts section.
How to redeem the gift by applying the code
Note: This option can be done only through a web browser, not within the Hallow mobile app.
Enter the gift code
⚠️Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code—this can cause errors.
Hit Continue.
Follow the prompts to Log In or Create an Account. Whatever login method you choose, please that same method when you sign into the app at the end.
Click Redeem Gift Card.
Log in to your Hallow app using the same login method used to redeem the gift card.
