Apologies for the issue! You can follow these instructions and that should take of it:

- Go to Hallow app in settings, click on Data Usage and make sure “Allow background data usage” is toggled on

- Go to Hallow app in settings, click on Battery and make sure “Allow background activity” is toggled on (this could also be called “Put app to sleep” in some older versions of Android

- One other thing to check on Samsung phones is under the Optimize Battery Usage section, make sure Hallow is not checked, that should do it!
