First off, congrats on getting a promo code! You can follow the steps below to redeem it:

I do not have a Hallow account yet:

  1. Visit https://hallow.com/portal/#/onboarding/create-account

  2. Follow the prompts to create your account

  3. Create an account to save your preferences

    1. Continue with Apple

    2. Continue with Google

    3. Continue with Email

  4. Click Redeem __ days for $0.00

  5. If you have a promo code, just scroll down at the bottom and enter.

  6. Enter a payment method and Redeem!

I have an existing Hallow account already:

  1. Login to your account through a web browser (Ex. Safari or Google) here.

  2. Make sure to select the same sign-in method you initially chose when creating your account.

    1. Continue with Apple

    2. Continue with Google

    3. Continue with Email

  3. Tap Subscription

  4. Then tap Purchase Subscription

  5. Below the description "Start __ Day Trial", you should find "Have a Promo or Gift Code?"

  6. Click "Have a Promo or Gift Code?"

  7. Insert the Promo Code - you'll want to make sure you hit "Continue" after it says "code applied!"

  8. Enter a payment method and Redeem!
