Note: If you want to change your email address to your preferred one, it can only be done if the preferred email address is not already associated with an existing Hallow account. In such a case, you can merge the accounts instead of changing the email address.

How to change your email using the App:
Tap on the "Me" tab in the bottom right of the screen
Then hit the cog in the top right of the screen. It is the Settings symbol that you see circled in red in the image.
Tap on your Name and Email address
Then hit "Update e-mail"
How to change your email using the Website:
Visit this website to log in https://access.hallow.com/?loginRedirect=https%3A%2F%2Fhallow.com%2Fportal%2F%23%2Flaunch%3F
Once signed in, look for the left-hand side of the page.
Click Update "Email Address"
