For Apple users (iOS): Click on this link. If you are subscribed a check mark will show up next to one of the price options and there will be a cancel button below. If not there will not be a cancel button and no check mark. All you'd have to do is re-click one of the price options to re-subscribe!
For Android users: Go to the Google Play Store app on your phone, tap Menu, and then Subscriptions -> find the Hallow app and you’ll see your subscription status.
If you signed up via our website: Log in to your account online here. Next, you can click on "subscriptions" on the left. If there is a purple outline around "Monthly" or "Yearly" then you are subscribed (see below). If not just click which one you want and then Update Subscription.
