Can I share a session from Hallow with someone who doesn’t use the app?

Learn how to share Hallow prayer sessions, what content can be shared, and what recipients need to access shared sessions.

You can share individual prayer sessions from Hallow with other people, even if they don't currently use the app. However, recipients must download Hallow and create a free account before they can listen to a shared session.

Which Hallow content can I share for free with others?

Hallow has both free and paid content on the app. You can share both free and paid prayer sessions from Hallow by sharing a link to an individual session.

Important: You must share the link to the individual prayer session, not the entire collection, for the recipient to redeem the shared session.

Someone who does not currently have a Hallow Subscription can access:

  • An unlimited number of free sessions.

  • Up to 5 individual paid sessions that have been shared with them.


How do I share a Hallow session from the mobile app?

To share a Hallow session from the mobile app:

  1. Go to the Discover tab.

  2. Open the prayer session you want to share.

  3. Tap the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.

  4. Tap Share.

  5. Choose a sharing option, or tap Copy Link to paste the link anywhere you'd like.

How do I share a Hallow session from the web app?

To share a Hallow session from the Hallow web app:

  1. Go to the Discover tab.

  2. Open the prayer session you want to share.

  3. Click Share.

  4. Choose a sharing option, or click Copy Link to copy the session link and share it anywhere.

FAQ

Can someone listen to a shared Hallow session without downloading the app?

No. Someone who receives a shared Hallow session must first download Hallow and create a free account before they can listen to the session.

Can someone without a Hallow Subscription listen to shared paid sessions?

Yes. Someone without a Hallow Subscription can redeem up to 5 eligible paid sessions that have been shared with them.

Why can't someone access a session I shared?

If someone cannot access a shared session, it may be because:

  • They have already redeemed the maximum number of eligible shared paid sessions.

  • They have not yet created a free Hallow account.
