How do I join my Hallow group?
Join a Group by its code:
Kindly tap the Community Tab, located at the bottom of your screen.
Tap the "+" sign button found in the upper-right corner
Choose the option "Join a Group"
Then Enter Group Code
I don't have the code, where can I find it?
If you're looking to join a group established by your parish or community, you'll need to obtain the group code and enter it. The group's creator or other members can find the code by following these steps:
Open the app and tap on the "Community" tab, located at the bottom of your screen.
Select the specific group for which you want to generate the code.
Tap on the group's name, which you can find at the top.
Click on the "Invite" option.
a. You can copy the 6-character alphanumeric group code from the top and share it.
b. Parishioners or members can scan the QR code using their device's camera.
c. You can also tap the "Share Link" option to send it via text, email, or any available platform on your device.
